Compliance Counsel

In this role, you will lead regulatory compliance efforts across USDA, FDA, and consumer protection laws, ensuring our operations, labeling, and tech platforms meet all requirements. You will handle internal audits, policy development, and training initiatives while managing responses to inspections, recalls, and inquiries. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate legal risks and support compliance in commercial agreements. Responsibilities include leading USDA and FDA regulatory compliance, supporting consumer tech compliance, leading internal audits and investigations, coordinating responses to regulatory agency inquiries, partnering with cross‑functional teams on regulatory risk mitigation, and drafting vendor and platform agreements with compliance implications. This position requires a hands-on, strategic legal professional ready to drive impact in a fast-paced environment.
