You will report to the Engineering Manager’s squad as a Full Stack Engineer and collaborate with 1-2 other engineers. Focus will be on developing and enhancing tools and systems that support our Customer Experience (CX) team and improve our customer interactions. You will work closely with Product Managers, Product Designers, and CX specialists to build and optimize solutions that directly impact customer satisfaction and engagement.

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer, Agent Orchestration to lead the development of next-generation agentic systems that infuse Generative AI into every layer of the software delivery lifecycle. This is a hybrid role that blends full-stack engineering (Kotlin + TypeScript) with LLM systems design, focused on transforming developer workflows, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and runtime operations through AI-native automation.

You will lead regulatory compliance efforts across USDA, FDA, and consumer protection laws, ensuring operations, labeling, and tech platforms meet all requirements. You will handle internal audits, policy development, and training initiatives while managing responses to inspections, recalls, and inquiries. This position requires a hands-on, strategic legal professional ready to drive impact in a fast-paced environment.
