What You'll Be Doing:
- Design ELD scopes and sequences, prototype lessons, and create formative and summative assessments with scaffolding for multilingual learners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ELD supports into ELA content and refine AI prompts for scalable production.
- Act as a grade-level lead and subject-matter point of contact for external contributors, ensuring quality and fidelity.
About You:
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Education, TESOL, or related field, with specialized MLL/ELD certification and 3+ years of curriculum development experience.
- You possess strong knowledge of ELD standards (e.g., WIDA, ELPAC) and second language acquisition, with experience applying MLL expertise within ELA contexts.
- You are comfortable with AI tools, have excellent writing skills, and can manage multiple workstreams effectively.
