Spot, Margin, and Derivatives markets management and “middle-office” support
Be accountable to implement and/or define the right processes and practices across all products
Answer clients’ Crypto DW/ Trading/Consumer/Kraken Desktop questions via text and live support channels (Zendesk/Email/possibly Telegram).
Provide testing and feedback for new trading features before they are released to clients.
Assist in the management of our Consumer, Trading, Futures, Kraken Desktop support team (QA for other specialists, possibly improving training materials, updating confluence articles etc.).

Manage a team of 3-5 individual Treasury Analysts to deliver results for the Treasury Organization and wider Kraken stakeholders
Manage creation, maintenance, and interpretation of cash flows, loans, interest earnings, target balancing, and other custom treasury forecasting
Collaborate with treasury and OTC trading analysts to execute crypto trades and fiat foreign exchange transaction for customers and internal hedging

Participate in on-call duties as an Incident Manager during US business hours (2PM to 8PM UTC), taking accountability for incident responses, escalations, stakeholder coordination, and maintaining accurate records until resolution
