What You’ll Do:
- Handle complex cases including Bad Faith claims, daycare abuse/molestation, fatalities with coverage issues, and construction defect cases.
- Manage coverage files, centralize Declaratory Relief Actions, and resolve problematic claims requiring dedicated focus.
- Evaluate policy limit exposures and address severe injury cases with complex coverage, liability, or damages issues.
What We Need:
- At least 15-20 years of directly related experience with Commercial General Liability and Litigation.
- Proven track record of autonomously executing tasks with precision and efficiency.
- Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of insurance policies, coverage analysis, and claims handling practices.
