Job Summary:
- Manage a portfolio of moderate to complex claims including bodily injury, PIP, and general liability property damage.
- Take ownership of claims from investigation through resolution, using analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Evaluate coverage, determine liability, assess damages, and negotiate fair settlements.
Qualifications:
- At least 2–3 years of complex claims handling experience, particularly in bodily injury and general liability property damage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or related field preferred, along with AINS and/or AIC designations.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills with sound judgment.
