Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Participate in month-end and year-end close processes.
- Prepare journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
- Provide variance analyses and clear explanations for fluctuations.
Projects: Audit, Tax & Compliance:
- Support the tax team in tax return preparation, compliance, and audits.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal control standards.
- Participate in special projects as requested by management.
Process Improvement & Automation:
- Partner with procurement and business teams to oversee the procure-to-pay process.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate accounting processes.
- Promote and adopt AI technologies within the Finance function.
