PartsBase is looking for a dynamic Director of Sales to lead the sales team and drive revenue growth. As Director of Sales, you’ll play a critical role in expanding the customer base, strengthening relationships, and scaling the impact in the aviation industry. Responsibilities include leading, coaching, and scaling a team of sales professionals to exceed revenue targets, developing and executing strategic sales plans focused on new business acquisition. Also, responsibilities include building strong relationships with aviation and aerospace clients and analyzing sales performance metrics.
