About the Role:

  • Serve as the strategic co-pilot to the VP of Global Partnerships, owning financial strategy across Cloud Marketplaces, GSIs, and ISVs.
  • Optimize partner incentive investments to accelerate usage-based revenue while hitting profitability goals.
  • Deliver board-level narratives on partner-attributed versus partner-sourced trends.

Responsibilities:

  • Own global forecasting, budgeting, and month-end accruals for partnership programs and incentives.
  • Design revenue-share frameworks and co-sell incentives tailored to Twilio's ecosystem.
  • Define and monitor metrics like Partner-Sourced Revenue, Margin-Adjusted CAC, and payback periods.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of FP&A experience with strong financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting skills.
  • Excellent business acumen and ability to influence stakeholders with data-driven insights.
  • Highly proficient with Google Sheets or Excel; experience with Anaplan, Tableau, Looker, or Oracle a plus.
