Role Objective:
- Design, deliver, and optimize First Connect’s agency loyalty and retention programs.
- Drive end-to-end program management and delivery to ensure flawless execution and measurable impact.
- Strengthen First Connect’s brand differentiation by increasing customer lifetime value and reducing churn.
Responsibilities:
- Own the overarching loyalty program strategy and execution.
- Lead the continuous optimization of existing programs that drive retention and engagement.
- Plan and execute cross-channel marketing campaigns to increase program participation.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product/program marketing with expertise in customer loyalty and rewards programs.
- Proven success in building, scaling, and optimizing customer programs that strengthen customer loyalty.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
