Business Operations Lead

Drive company-wide strategy and execution at Jasper, leveraging data to define key metrics and insights, and leading critical cross-functional projects. Lead company-wide strategy development, planning (annual/quarterly), target setting (OKRs), and drive execution through structured problem-solving and data-driven business cases. Define and refine key business metrics, develop performance dashboards (ARR, retention, adoption), provide data-driven insights, and align departmental KPIs with overall strategy. Manage company operating cadences, including agendas, cross-functional coordination, and action item follow-up; establish scalable processes for goals, reviews, and accountability. This role is fully remote and reports to the VP of Finance & Business Operations and is open to candidates located anywhere in the continental US.
