Job Description

Seesaw is seeking a Customer Success Specialist Contractor to assist with projects related to our enterprise district customers. Projects can include activities such as outbound calls, email sequences, invoice collecting, Salesforce updating, data reporting and collecting, and other one-off projects from our enterprise customer success team. Responsibilities include calling into school and district accounts to set up meetings and collect past due invoices, setting up and managing email sequences, and conducting proactive outreach to active customers to validate contact information. The ideal candidate will have experience conducting outbound calls and managing a high volume of email communication, be adaptable, and have familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, and Gong.
