About the Role:

  • Outbound calling to people who started our eligibility quiz but didn't pay.
  • Answer questions and convert them to subscribers.
  • Also handles inbound calls from prospective patients (IVR Option 1).

What you’ll do:

  • Make outbound calls from assigned queue in Talkdesk.
  • Leave scripted voicemails when no answer.
  • Handle inbound calls from prospects seeking program info.

Who you are:

  • Strong English, neutral/American-friendly accent.
  • Comfortable with high call volume and rejection.
  • Self-motivated, can work independently.
