Job Description
Provide outstanding service to corporate business clients as a Travel Consultant on a highly skilled remote team. This role involves advising and arranging travel for corporate business customers, conducting analysis and research on travel options, and pro-actively anticipating traveler needs to sell additional services. The consultant will arrange and book domestic and international business travel including air, road, rail, and accommodations, using various Global Distribution Systems (GDSs) such as Apollo and Galileo. They will also ensure compliance with customer travel policies and service provider requirements, use positive telephone service techniques, and collaborate within the team to improve service levels.
