Pursuit Manager

Oversees the full-cycle technical proposal processes for assigned RFPs and opportunities including development, win theme strategy and delivery of pursuits or projects deemed strategic. Acts as the main point of contact in project managing the end-to-end RFP and client pursuit process including evaluating requirements, developing timelines with clearly defined accountabilities and deadlines, undertaking gap analyses and independently developing strategies to overcome them, technical writing and ensuring mandatory requirements are highlighted and met. Works closely with cross-functional teams to achieve proposal objectives including capture plans, benefits, solutions and proof into proposals, and deliver proposals on time that are compliant, clear, compelling and follow Smile brand guidelines.
