Responsibilities:
- Conduct age-appropriate history and virtual exams.
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a broad range of conditions.
- Develop and document treatment plans and counsel patients.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of accredited FNP program with active NP license.
- Minimum 3 years experience in Urgent Care or Primary Care.
- Active multi-state licensure (5+ preferred).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior telemedicine or video-based virtual care experience.
- Experience with Athena EMR.
Scheduling Expectations:
- Recommend minimum 25% of time on weekends and after 5pm.
- Minimum 8 scheduled hours per quarter to stay active.
- Expectation of 90% schedule adherence.
