Responsibilities:
- Perform age-appropriate history and virtual examinations, evaluate, diagnose, and recommend treatment plans.
- Document medical information and review patient history at each visit.
- Counsel and educate patients on their health conditions.
Qualifications:
- Completion of a 3-year Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine residency.
- 3+ years post-residency experience in a high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care setting.
- Active ABMS or AOA Board Certification in Family Medicine or dual boarded Internal Medicine + Pediatrics.
Schedule:
- 1,664 annual hours (32 hours per week) with weekday evening and weekend shifts.
- Every other weekend, Saturday and Sunday, 8 hours/day.
- Holiday shifts: 3 per calendar year.
