Clinical Evaluation Lead

What you will do:

• Help define what “good enough to ship” means for AI behavior across higher‑risk journeys
• Translate high‑level evaluation strategy and risk tiers into concrete evaluation plans
• Summarize evaluation outcomes into concise, decision‑ready views for product managers and clinical leadership

Collaborate cross‑functionally on risk and guardrails:

• Partner with product, engineering, data science, clinical, regulatory, and outcomes teams to align on evaluation requirements, launch criteria, and monitoring plans
• Proactively anticipate risks, communicate clearly about trade‑offs, and maintain a collaborative mindset

We would love to consider you for this role if you have:

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare or digital health roles that involved clinical evaluation, quality/safety programs, or algorithm/AI‑enabled products
• Strong clinical literacy and comfort reasoning about symptoms, risk factors, guidelines, and escalation thresholds across common cardiometabolic and general medical scenarios
