The Clinical Associate Representative will provide technical and clinical support for the AQUABEAM Robotic System and provide surgeon and staff training, in-service support, and clinical assistance for existing and potential customers. This role requires managing complex surgical procedures and sophisticated robotically assisted operations in the operating room.
The Clinical Intake Coordinator is an integral member of the ECM care management team, working directly with clients to understand their needs and connect them to the correct resource on our primary care management team. To be successful in this role, you will be personable and professional via phone, quickly review medical charts, provide person-centered care, and prioritize tasks effectively to support client engagement. You will also motivated to help high need individuals with complex care needs.
You will work as a member of a multidisciplinary assessment team, delivering remote child observations via video calls and peer MDT diagnostic decision-making, with the support of the senior clinical MDT where required. The company has developed a new gold-standard autism assessment pathway and its own Patient Record software system, which allows it to offer an exceptional service and timely assessments.
