Lead the selection and evaluation of language models for specific prompt tasks.
Own the quality of AI-generated clinical outputs through structured validation processes.

Qualifications:

5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, product development, or computational linguistics.
2+ years of hands-on prompt engineering experience in production LLM systems.
Experience designing or significantly improving LLM evaluation frameworks.

Working conditions:

Permanent, full time (40h/week)
Hybrid or remote
Occasional in-office presence may be required
