The Vice President, Healthcare Business Operations & Growth will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for ensuring operational excellence, data-driven decision-making, and sustainable revenue growth. This leader will oversee the business operations function, including account management, enrollment, business intelligence, performance reporting, and growth initiatives. This dual-role executive will partner closely with the CEO, CFO, and other members of the leadership team to translate strategy into measurable results, optimize financial performance, and ensure that operational and commercial priorities are tightly aligned. This role involves strategic & operational leadership, data, metrics, and business performance, commercial growth and cross-functional collaboration.
