IT Specialist

It’s all on you… because behind every productive Chainguardian is an exceptional IT experience. You are the key to delivering it! You'll keep things humming across laptops, logins, and the occasional AV fire drill with no drama but plenty of memes! Yes, this role is fully remote, but we’re looking for someone based in the U.S. Eastern Time zone to keep collaboration smooth and support timely. You will take pride in responding quickly and kindly to IT support requests via Slack, email, or our ticketing system and team up with HR and Recruiting to make onboarding feel more “welcome party” and less “technical scavenger hunt.” You will also keep an eye on MDMs and security tooling, because “compliance” doesn’t mean “complacent.”
