People Operations Analyst

We are seeking an Analyst to join our Total Rewards & People Operations team at Omada Health. The successful candidate will be passionate about providing HR-related systems support, ensuring data integrity, and delivering strong data analysis to leverage technology solutions that meet the needs of the People & Culture Team and our employees. This position will be instrumental in implementing new and supporting current HR processes and technology applications for all managers and employees as we expand across the U.S. This role is critical in providing comprehensive system management and analytical support to enhance operational efficiency and drive data-driven decision-making. Your expertise will be pivotal in maintaining system accuracy, streamlining processes, analyzing complex data sets, and supporting the implementation of strategic improvements across our operations.
