Instructional Design and LMS Specialist

Role Impact:

• Serve as the master architect of a digital learning ecosystem, bridging instructional design and systems administration to empower primary care practices.
• Transform complex value-based care workflows into engaging, measurable learning experiences that drive real behavior change.
• Own the strategy behind platform taxonomy and UI, collaborating across teams to build a cohesive, inclusive, and world-class learning journey.

Primary Duties:

• Lead content catalogue audits, search optimization, and UI improvements to ensure users find relevant content quickly.
• Develop scalable learning across multiple formats using instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Support day-to-day platform maintenance, monitor engagement metrics, and provide data-driven recommendations for UX improvements.

Qualifications and Environment:

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or related field and 5+ years of experience in innovative learning delivery industries.
• Must have excellent project management, communication skills, and proficiency with LMS platforms and authoring tools.
