Key Responsibilities:
- Ownership and accountability for marketing strategy.
- Delivers on strategic KPIs by driving online traffic, leads and conversions.
- Understands visitor and exhibitors’ digital behaviour through continual testing and reporting.
Leadership:
- Work with marketing team to ensure successful campaign delivery.
- Line manages digital marketer/s to implement campaign strategies.
- Provide guidance and feedback to line reports.
Planning & Campaign Management:
- Plan marketing campaigns to meet objectives.
- Monitor operational implementation plans and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Assist with the development of marketing budgets.
