Director of Growth Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

• Own advertising strategy and performance across all current channels and identify new growth opportunities.
• Build scalable processes, reporting rhythms, and KPI governance to improve speed and decision-making.
• Lead Marketing’s adoption of AI and automation to improve productivity and effectiveness.

Qualifications and Competencies:

• 8–10+ years of experience in growth marketing, eCommerce, or related leadership roles.
• Proven experience driving growth across multiple digital and marketplace channels.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with a focus on ROI and profitable growth.

Physical Requirements:
