Growth Marketing Manager

About the Role:

• We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager with real experience in the full growth stack, not just running ads.
• This role is for a technical marketer who understands paid acquisition, workflow automation, and B2B positioning.

What You'll Do:

• Own and execute growth marketing initiatives across paid and organic channels.
• Build and maintain marketing workflows and automations, reporting on measurable deliverables.
• Collaborate directly with leadership and cross-functional team members.

What We're Looking For:

• 5–6+ years of total marketing experience, with hands-on paid media and agency experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to build workflows and processes from scratch, with strong B2B marketing experience.
• Comfortable with tools like Figma, Python, Zapier, or similar (nice-to-have, not required).

What Won't Work:

• Candidates whose entire background is running ads with no broader growth experience.
• Entry-level or marketing-assistant-level candidates.
• Candidates who can't clearly articulate real campaign outcomes and deliverables.
