Platform Implementation Manager

As a Platform Implementation Manager at Vetcove, you'll be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end onboarding of veterinary clinics onto our platform. From kickoff through post-launch support, you’ll guide clinics through setup, training, data migrations, and system configuration—ensuring they’re set up for long-term success. This is both a strategic and hands-on role. You'll be the primary point of contact for clinics during implementation, while collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, strategy, and support teams. In some cases, you may travel to client sites to support go-lives to ensure successful deployment. You will own the entire implementation lifecycle—from project planning to go-live, act as the key liaison between veterinary clinics and internal teams, and define project goals, success metrics, and deliverables aligned with client needs and business priorities.
