Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound and take inbound calls from individuals interested in enrolling.
- Present information to students and families about educational opportunities.
- Manage communication with prospective students through all stages of recruitment.
Admissions Processing:
- Execute all measures of compliance standards.
- Determine admissibility and residency for all new and returning students.
- Assist students with submitting admissions documents and completion of new student orientation.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Customer service and/or sales experience preferred
- Able to effectively communicate orally and in writing
