Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Client Service Representative to join our global team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive timely, accurate, and professional support. You will guide clients through onboarding and staking processes, troubleshoot technical issues, and work closely with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities include providing exceptional support, acting as the main point of contact, assisting with onboarding, collaborating with technical teams to resolve issues, monitoring customer satisfaction, and sharing feedback with the marketing team. This position requires 3+ years of experience in technical support, fluent English, autonomy, and ideally, experience in Web3 or blockchain. The role involves working a 12-hour shift schedule.
