Collaborating closely with product, marketing, and technology teams, you will develop dashboards, perform deep-dive analyses, and design experiments that drive engagement and business outcomes.

Deliver exceptional customer support to community members in both German and English, assisting users through email, phone, and chat. The role involves working on a 24/7 rotating shift schedule and participating in side projects, sharing user insights to improve products and processes, and reporting bugs to support development teams. The position requires immersing oneself in our product and the crypto world.
