Principal Platform Architect- HCLS

As a Principal Platform Architect, you will:

• Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, defining the platform’s technical architecture roadmap and ensuring platform governance.
• Collaborate with business units, product owners, and developers to translate business needs into technical solutions, providing architectural guidance and mentorship.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for the ServiceNow platform, evaluating new capabilities and ensuring adherence to architecture guardrails.
• Contribute to platform innovation by identifying opportunities to improve user experience, reduce complexity, and increase automation.
• Support the development of reusable solutions, accelerators, and technical assets, participating in vendor evaluations and roadmap planning.
