What You’ll Do:
- Own high-volume inbound patient and provider communication.
- Consistently meet or exceed productivity, responsiveness, and quality metrics.
- Schedule, reschedule, and coordinate appointments quickly and accurately.
Who You Are:
- 3+ years of experience in patient access or a high-volume call center environment.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
- Exceptional verbal and written communicator who can be both efficient and empathetic.
