Data & Performance Analysis: Evaluate key email and SMS metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and use this data to optimize campaigns and improve performance. List Segmentation & Hygiene: Manage email lists by overseeing segmentation, hygiene, and weekly monitoring of list growth to ensure effective audience targeting. A/B Testing & Optimization: Run A/B tests on subject lines, content, design, and customer segments to continuously improve engagement and conversions. Email Copy & Content Creation: Write compelling email copy aligned with brand voice and campaign goals.
