Job Description

The Project Manager role at FedWriters involves leading training and support for National Guard Youth Challenge Program (NGYCP) sites across the nation. Responsibilities include developing statistical evaluation tools, conducting site visits, and implementing training initiatives to enhance enrollment, retention, and graduation rates. The manager will assess performance in areas such as recruitment, cadet retention, and academic achievement. Additionally, this role includes reviewing and developing training curricula, managing the Challenge National Website, and publishing quarterly newsletters. The Project Manager will also provide monthly reports to the government, ensuring program effectiveness and consistency. Travel is required for site visits and in-person training.
