Senior Software Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Software Engineering Manager to help lead and grow our talented engineering team. This role will be responsible for the overall technical direction, execution, and delivery of our Platform team. This role is a unique blend of people management, technical leadership, and strategic product vision. The role will mentor engineers, refine our development processes, and co-develop the technical roadmap alongside our Product team and other engineering leaders. Responsibilities include team leadership and growth by leading, mentoring, and growing a high-performing team of software engineers. You will also foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. You will oversee the entire software development lifecycle using agile methodologies. Additionally, you will drive the technical vision for our platform, making key architectural decisions and guide the team in designing and implementing solutions that leverage modern technologies.
