- Own and scale the operational backbone of Poppy & Peonies as Director of Operations.
- Lead supply chain, inventory, and fulfillment strategy across Canada and the U.S.
- Ensure business growth without compromising customer experience, product quality, or brand values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead inbound logistics, 3PL performance management, and issue resolution.
- Drive peak readiness, KPI reporting, and financial partnership with finance.
- Build, manage, and develop the Operations team as it scales.
Qualifications:
- 7–10 years in DTC/eCommerce operations, fulfillment, or supply chain.
- Proven experience managing 3PL partners and multi-node fulfillment networks.
- Strong knowledge of OMS, WMS, Excel, and cross-functional collaboration.
