We are seeking an experienced Commercial Counsel to lead commercial legal activities in the U.S. In this role, you will support complex commercial transactions, including AI SaaS customer agreements, technology licensing, and strategic partnerships, while helping the company navigate diverse legal and regulatory frameworks in the rapidly evolving field of artificial intelligence. You will work closely with global colleagues to provide practical, business-oriented advice that enables growth while managing risk across multiple jurisdictions. The role involves drafting and negotiation of complex commercial agreements, partnering with sales and operations teams, and monitoring legal and regulatory developments. Contribute to scaling the Legal Team’s commercial function, fostering a collaborative, solutions-oriented team culture and implement and utilize AI tools and workflow automation.
