What You’ll Do:
- Get ahead of growth by identifying where the platform will break before it does and build the fault tolerance.
- Set the standard by defining company-wide platform KPIs.
- Make incidents a non-event and own the roadmap for incident management.
What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years of product management experience with cross-functional scope.
- Proven track record working on platform, infrastructure, or developer-facing problems.
- Familiarity with reliability engineering concepts: SLOs/SLAs/SLIs and incident response.
