  • Identify gaps in case prioritization and handoff quality.
  • Review past high-severity escalation cases.

First 6 Months & Beyond:

  • Own the full escalation lifecycle with confidence.
  • Reduce re-escalation rates through improved triage.
  • Ship a revised escalation and incident management framework.
