- Provide expertise in Major Incident Management.
- Support the recovery of VA's IT service and minimize disruptions.
- Enhance MIM Support by improving incident resolution efficiency.
Deliverables:
- Work with the project manager on project deliverables.
- Contribute to Incident Management Performance Reports.
- Assist with MIM Analysis and Reporting Summaries.
Qualifications:
- Degree in computer science or a related field is required.
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT Service Management.
- Expertise in troubleshooting complex technical issues.
