Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain solutions on the ServiceNow platform with focus on ITSM.
- Configure and develop custom workflows, modules, and applications within ServiceNow.
- Support and improve SOX and audit compliance processes.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong understanding of enterprise service management and incident management.
- 2+ years of experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
