Senior ServiceNow Systems Administrator (VA ESOM)

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute all System Administrative tasks related to Platform Operations.
• Manage ServiceNow instance configuration, upgrades, patching, and system health.
• Oversee user management, group and role administration, and access control configurations.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in computer science, electronics, engineering or other engineering or technical discipline (OR an additional 10 years of relevant experience in lieu of the degree requirement for a total of 20+ years).
• 10+ years total relevant experience; 4+ years of ServiceNow administration experience.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
