Provide Administrative functions to ensure ServiceNow performs all functions
Maintain Automatic Call Center application and telephone lines
Provide an Integrated Call Management System (ICMS) implementing rules and parameters governing the routing of inbound telephone calls.

Qualifications:

3 Years Experience
BS/BA Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or Software Engineering
Must be a Certified ServiceNow System Admin (CSA)
