Key Responsibilities:
- Own the setup, configuration, and maintenance of products and content across internal systems, ensuring timely access for students.
- Lead quality assurance and testing across development, staging, and production environments, independently resolving complex issues.
- Manage ticket and request flows, vendor deliverables, and drive process improvements using AI tools and automation.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent and 3+ years of experience in product operations or content operations, preferably in education technology.
- Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, SQL experience a plus, and proficiency with AI tools for data management.
- Experience with QA/testing, ticketing tools like Jira, and front-end web development concepts (HTML/CSS).
