Chief of Staff, R&D

Accountabilities:

• Serve as a thought partner to the Head of R&D in setting priorities and driving alignment across teams.
• Own the operational processes for R&D, including meeting coordination and project tracking to ensure efficiency.
• Act as a liaison between R&D and other departments like Finance and People Operations to foster collaboration.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or management consulting within a technology-focused firm.
• 3+ years in a strategic operational role working alongside executive leadership, with deep understanding of R&D functions.
• Strong analytical and financial skills for decision-making, plus exceptional communication abilities to navigate complex environments.
