Nurse Practitioner – Addiction Medicine (Telehealth)

Role Overview:

• Deliver medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD) in a fully remote outpatient setting.
• Independently initiate and manage buprenorphine treatment within a team-supported model.
• Provide compassionate, nonjudgmental care aligned with harm reduction principles.

What We’re Looking For:

• Active NP license and residency in one of the listed states with independent practice authority where required.
• At least 6 months of independent outpatient experience regularly prescribing buprenorphine, including initiating care.
• Strong patient-centered practice and ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
