Role Overview:
- Support QA initiatives for Salesforce and AI-driven transformation projects.
- Work closely with development teams, stakeholders, and customers throughout the software lifecycle.
Accountabilities:
- Participate in project meetings and collaborate to understand business requirements and testing objectives.
- Create detailed test plans, test cases, and execute functional, system, integration, and UAT testing.
- Document defects, track results, and share test status reports with teams and customers.
Requirements:
- Around 1 year of QA experience through internships or associate roles.
- General understanding of Salesforce platform; Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
