Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer

As a QA Engineer, you’ll collaborate with developers, product managers, and the QA team lead to identify, document, and resolve issues, ensuring the software is polished and user-friendly. Your role includes shaping and expanding test automation practices. You will perform different tests across the web platform, log detailed defect reports, investigate customer problems from the support team, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage. You will also assist in the development of automated test scripts, contribute to improving QA processes, and perform root cause analysis while proactively raising quality concerns. The role requires 3+ years of QA testing experience, a solid understanding of QA methodologies, and familiarity with bug tracking systems like Jira.
