Senior Software Quality Engineer

Role Responsibilities:

• Defines and implements quality assurance best practices: test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
• Designs, writes, executes, and maintains automated and manual tests and frameworks for UI tests.
• Participates in code releases, code reviews, and provides leadership and mentoring to the team.

Technical Expectations:

• High expertise in UI Web Automation with Selenium and Playwright.
• Medium-high proficiency in CI/CD/CT tools like Jenkins and Git, as well as AWS services.
• Mandatory competency in applying Generative AI tools like Copilot and ChatGPT for script generation and analysis.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 6+ years of related professional experience with a computer science degree or demonstrable experience.
• Proven ability to work on complex issues and act as a technical lead and mentor.
• Nice to have experience with accessibility and performance testing.
